Breathe Easy House Painters prides itself in making promises it can keep. We remain flexible to changes in homeowner requests while strictly following through with our promises from start to finish. We follow a time-tested, proven method for ensuring reliable, excellent service.
1) The Estimate: In our estimating process, you tell us what you need and we find the best, most affordable way to provide for you. We’ll put every promise in writing and you’ll be guaranteed to receive all service at the quoted price.

2) The Prep: Do much research and you’ll quickly find the quality of the paint is in the prep. We offer two forms of initial cleaning: the standard Pressure Washing and the water-saving, thorough Hand-Clean, all with eco-friendly detergents and bleaches. We scrape and sand all peeling paint (Sanding after scraping is crucial for durability!), remove failing caulk, properly prime surfaces, and seal your house tight against the elements with high-quality caulk.
3) The Painting: We recommend either spraying or brush-and-roll, depending on your siding type and its condition. We ensure that we apply paint thick and evenly, protecting your home and giving it a beautiful finish. And you’ll love our attention to detail on trim, accents and doors.
4) The Finish: When the job’s complete, the only evidence you’ll find of us painting your house is a beautiful finish. No one wants paint chips in their garden, overspray on their sidewalks or their possessions left scattered about the property. Like a polite guest, we respect your house and leave it neat and tidy.

2) Protection: Always always always, the first step in the house is protection - the rooms we’re doing might be cleaned out, but what about that heirloom rug in the hallway? Assess and protect, every time!
3) The Prep: We start interiors off with thorough masking, followed by any necessary patching, sanding, and spot priming. We often do a full prime.
4) The Painting: We’ll help you assess how many coats are needed, whether to brush and roll or spray, and what texture is desired. Just as important as color is choosing the right sheen. Where possible, we LOVE to keep unpainted wood unpainted – we’ve developed techniques to get the finish you want using stains, which are beautiful, much easier to refinish in the years to come, and use less materials.
The Finish: After thoroughly tidying up, we’ll bring you in to get your stamp of approval. We like to ensure that all agreements are put in writing and we’re fully accountable for meeting those agreements.
